Nestled along the shores of Lake Muskoka, this waterfront retreat began with breathtaking views and a peaceful natural setting. But the original cabin didn’t reflect the warmth or elegance the homeowners envisioned.
We reimagined the home from the inside out — opening up the layout, adding refined textures, and anchoring the design with a soft, neutral palette drawn from the water and stone around it. With layered textiles, custom millwork, and subtle natural materials, the home became a calming escape where every detail supports connection, comfort, and quiet luxury.
The result is a lakehouse that feels grounded and gracious — a place designed to welcome both lively summer gatherings and cozy winter nights.
