Preparing for Furniture Delivery


It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.




Placing an Order


All orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 100% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your item(s) prior to delivery, there is a 25% re-stocking fee. All custom upholstered furniture is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.




Product Availabily


We make every effort to provide the most current and accurate product availability information. We will notify you via email in the event that a product's availability date changes




Delivery Services


​Our white glove delivery service is available at an additional cost. Please contact our concierge for an estimate. Final fees are subject to change upon delivery.




Return Policy


​At Aspen & Ivy, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

  • Within 2 weeks of receipt of delivery, we happily accept returns on non-custom order goods in their original condition and within their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All clearance items are final sale.
  • All custom upholstered furniture is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
  • Once the return is checked and approved, we will issue the refund using the original method of payment




Lightning Returns


We only accept a return on non-installed items within 2 weeks of receipt of delivery. The fixture must be in the original packaging. This includes all original packaging materials and original factory information and paperwork. The fixture must be packaged exactly as it was shipped. Any slight variation in the repackaging could cause the piece to be damaged in transit, making the return invalid.
