Although located in Collingwood, the Harbourview project is a perfect example of the work we bring to Duntroon homes — bright, livable spaces with thoughtful custom details and a strong sense of place.
This home started as a compact seasonal property, with limited function and closed-off rooms. We reimagined the layout entirely, opening up the living spaces, converting the attic into a multi-use loft, and designing zones that serve everyday living just as well as weekends with guests.
What made it personal was the storytelling: a family art piece — a sea turtle — inspired the colour palette and emotional tone of the entire home. That’s how we approach every project: grounding aesthetics in meaning and shaping homes around the people who live in them.
